Booking a call
Data: name, email, company, phone number if the call is by phone, description of the task, optional answers to the questions, chosen slot and time zone.
Purpose: arranging the call and following up on it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: three years after the last exchange, then automatic deletion.
Written message
Data: name, email, company, topic, message, attachments and optional answers to the questions.
Purpose and legal basis: the same as for booking. Attachments are stored in the European Union and only read to reply.
Retention: three years after the last exchange, attachments included.
Anonymous visit count, without cookies
Each page view is counted for this site’s statistics: the page, the referring site and campaign parameters (utm), the language, the country (derived from the IP address by the host), and the device and browser type. No cookie is set. To count the visitors of a day, an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address and browser is computed with a random key that is changed every day and then forgotten: a visit cannot be linked to the next day’s, and the IP address itself is not kept.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing the site’s audience; this count meets the conditions set by the CNIL for audience measurement exempt from consent. The data is never shared nor matched with other data. Retention: 25 months.

Detailed journey measurement, only with your consent
The detailed journey is only measured after « Accept ». After consent: a random identifier (bhs_vid cookie), pages viewed, referring site and campaign parameters (utm), reading time, scrolling, clicks on links and buttons, booking steps, language, window width, time zone, device and browser type, and the country, derived from the IP address by the host. The IP address itself is not kept.
Purpose: knowing which pages are read and where visits stop, to improve the site. Legal basis: your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR and article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
No screen recording, no keystrokes, no matching with other sites, no advertising. The data stays on this site and is never sold or shared.
If you accepted, a booking or message is linked to that identifier, to know which page led to it.
Retention: 25 months, then automatic deletion. Refusing after accepting deletes the identifier, the measurements already recorded for this browser and their link to a booking or message. Only the dated record of your choices remains, as proof of consent.
Security
To limit abusive submissions, an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address, renewed daily, is kept for 48 hours. The host also processes technical logs to keep the service secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the site.
Recipients and processors
The data is read only by Berfay Hunalp.
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, its database and the attachments, and routes the notifications. Google LLC provides the Gmail mailbox that receives booking and message notifications.
Both companies are established in the United States and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, found adequate by the European Commission on 10 July 2023.
