Context
A training provider within a group. Every training file brings a series of documents, evidence to gather for the French quality label (Qualiopi) and the training funders (OPCO), reminders, and every week, figures to report to 30 people across two subsidiaries.
The problem
Much of this work was done by hand: documents filled in one by one, evidence gathered file by file, reminders written one at a time, spreadsheets rebuilt every week.
What was done
- Training agreements and certificates generated from the file data.
- Qualiopi and OPCO dossiers: evidence gathered and checked automatically.
- Reminders and emails sent at the right time, with no one stepping in.
- Weekly indicators compiled and sent out automatically.
- Managers trained to use these tools day to day.
